Commissioned house portrait

After your purchase, I’ll get in touch via email to learn more about your ideas:
you’ll be asked to send clear photos and references of the house.

Once I have all the materials I need, I’ll make a pencil sketch. Two rounds of small revisions are included to make sure it feels just right. Once the sketch is approved, I’ll bring it to life in watercolor.

Please note: since each portrait is handcrafted and completely personalized, it takes time. If you're planning this as a gift and have a specific date in mind, make sure to contact me beforehand so we can see if the timing works.

The portrait will be made on a 100% cotton paper 300g, with a slightly ivory color. The frame is not included.
